📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of our healthcare professionals.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.
• Design and deliver training sessions using various instructional methods and technologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the overall performance management process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Utilize learning management systems such as Moodle or Cornerstone to manage and track training programs.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and adult education techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
