📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations across all outlets in Jakarta Utara, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
• Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems, including ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality and F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets or high-volume operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, including ERP or POS software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Food Safety or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
