📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and edit short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut
• Develop engaging social media posts and stories that align with our brand voice and audience interests
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content strategies
• Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in short-form video and social media content creation
• Assist in the creation of content calendars and schedules
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to ensure content quality and consistency
• Contribute to the growth and success of Interactive Wave Media through innovative and creative content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, either in short-form video or social media
• Proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and CapCut
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling narratives
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools is a plus
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
