📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily field operations, including vehicle maintenance and driver schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Use Google Maps and fleet management software to optimize routes and track vehicle performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the resolution of any operational issues that may arise.
• Provide regular updates to the management team on the status of deliveries and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or field operations.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and fleet management software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
