📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process online orders using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and packaged.
• Coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, including tracking numbers and customer information.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure we always have the products our customers need.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any order-related queries or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operation of our online store.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce administration or order fulfillment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
