📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process monthly payroll using Payroll Master, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government regulations.
• Manage BPJS administration, including employee and company contributions.
• Source, screen, and recruit top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and fill vacancies efficiently.
• Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and benefits.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Provide HR support to employees, addressing queries and concerns related to payroll and benefits.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment and payroll processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and recruitment.
• Certification in payroll processing (e.g., Certified Professional in Payroll, CPP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using Payroll Master and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
