📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Ensure accuracy in financial records and maintain compliance with financial regulations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
• Process bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bank records
• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing
• Maintain and update financial documentation and records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B industry
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel for financial operations
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with financial software and tools is a plus
