Order Picker - Warehouse Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using WMS and RFID scanning technology.
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and on time for shipment.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Report any issues or concerns to the warehouse supervisor.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or order picking role.
- Familiarity with WMS and RFID scanning technology is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical condition to handle lifting and moving of items.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
