📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including shawarma, rice, and salads, using our standard recipes and techniques.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the safety and quality of the food we serve.
• Work collaboratively with chefs and other team members to meet customer demands and maintain a high standard of service.
• Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining our dining areas, including setting up tables and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with new menu items and cooking techniques to continuously improve the quality of our food.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the culinary field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with food preparation and cooking techniques, including grilling, frying, and assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
