📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our chartering services.
• Manage the end-to-end chartering process, from client acquisition to vessel delivery.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in maritime marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and shipping logistics.
• Proficient in using marketing software such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of maritime industry and chartering processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in shipping logistics or maritime marketing is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
