📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.

• Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the mining or resource management industry.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
