🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transport supervision, preferably in the coal mining industry.
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation or Transport Management is a plus.
• Proficient in using transport management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards applicable to transport operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
