📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local chefs and restaurant owners to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate Bluegaz products.
• Conduct site visits and consultations to assess kitchen equipment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales and increase market share in the kitchen industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the kitchen equipment industry.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase Bluegaz products and network with potential clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and business plans for the kitchen industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of Bluegaz products and their applications in the kitchen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
