📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage financial operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Ensure accuracy in financial records and maintain compliance with financial regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Process bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bank records
- Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing
- Maintain and update financial documentation and records
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the F&B industry
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel for financial operations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with financial software and tools is a plus
