📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive and assess emergency medical calls, providing immediate and accurate information to callers.
• Dispatch appropriate emergency services, including ambulances, police, and fire departments, based on the nature of the emergency.
• Coordinate with local hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers to ensure efficient transfer of patients.
• Document all calls and emergency dispatches using the company's software, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide medical advice and information to callers, promoting public health awareness.
• Monitor and manage incoming calls during peak times, such as natural disasters or public health emergencies.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve emergency response protocols and procedures.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines to ensure the privacy of callers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong interest in healthcare and emergency services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or dispatching role, preferably in the healthcare or emergency services sector.
• Certification in Emergency Medical Dispatching (EMD) or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including call center systems and emergency dispatch software like DispatchAnywhere or similar.
• Knowledge of local emergency services, hospitals, and healthcare providers in Bali.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
