📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the implementation of the Satu Data policy, ensuring data interoperability and standardization across government agencies.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, and accessibility.
• Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including other provincial governments, national agencies, and private sector entities.
• Oversee the creation and management of data platforms and tools, such as data portals, dashboards, and analytics systems.
• Provide strategic guidance on data-driven decision-making and policy formulation.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of data integration initiatives, identifying and addressing challenges.
• Represent the government in national and international data-related forums and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data governance, management, or related roles in government or large organizations.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's Satu Data policy and its implementation.
• Proven track record of leading complex data integration and governance projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team.
