Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the talent pool to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Work with Salesforce, SAP, and other CRM tools to track performance and analyze data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products reach the right customers at the right time.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel management.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance of the talent pool and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
