📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store,Manage a team of staff, providing training, motivation, and development opportunities,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior
