📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain shipping documentation, including but not limited to Air Waybills (AWB), Bills of Lading, and other related documents.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient shipping processes.,Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping and logistics services.,Conduct regular audits of shipping processes to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency in shipping operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of shipping policies and procedures.,Provide support to the shipping team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics administration.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in documentation.
