📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
