📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.,Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.,Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Monitor and maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and well-stocked.,Assist in organizing and conducting meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A professional and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
