📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information and company documents.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.,Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.,Assist in organizing and participating in company events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
