📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet the highest quality standards.,Ensure the freshness and quality of all pastries and desserts.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.,Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Contribute to the development of the pastry menu.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
