📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Monitor and optimize logistics routes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to ensure they meet performance targets.,Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements in the logistics industry.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and optimizing logistics operations.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and requirements.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
