In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing banquet events with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and coordinate banquet events from start to finish.,Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.,Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.,Train and supervise junior banquet staff to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor food and beverage service to ensure quality and timely delivery.,Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during events and resolve them promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet staff or event management roles.,Strong knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements for event planning.,Experience in managing event budgets and controlling expenses.
