📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain production equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.,Follow standard operating procedures to produce high-quality kebabs consistently.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and adherence to food safety standards.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients.,Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of work areas to maintain hygiene standards.,Assist in training and onboarding new team members.,Report any issues or concerns related to production processes to the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food production or a related field.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and kebab preparation techniques.
