📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Manage and mentor a team of field sales representatives.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the construction industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
