Rumah Sakit Hana Bakso is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead F&B Service to oversee and manage our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and managing a team of F&B staff. This role is crucial in providing excellent dining experiences for our patients and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the F&B service, including meal planning, inventory management, and cost control.,Ensure that all food and beverage services meet health and safety standards and quality expectations.,Train and develop F&B staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of meals.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on F&B service performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record of managing F&B operations and ensuring high-quality service.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control processes.,Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
