📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.,Handle employee benefits administration and compliance with company policies.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.
