(Hybrid) Fleet Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Pontianak and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other necessary services.
• Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Investigate and resolve any vehicle-related issues or accidents promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.
• Ensure all vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations if required.
