As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use. You will also be responsible for managing the fleet's maintenance schedule and ensuring that all vehicles are properly serviced.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.
  • Manage the fleet's maintenance schedule and ensure that all vehicles are properly serviced.
  • Monitor fuel usage and ensure that all vehicles are properly fueled.
  • Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that all insurance documents are up to date.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all fleet users.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
