📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and organize various types of events, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Decorate and set up event venues, creating an atmosphere that aligns with the event's theme.
  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the event.
  • Handle post-event evaluations and feedback to improve future events.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events to attract potential clients.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture and traditions, especially for events in Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
