As a Healthcare Claims Analytics Specialist at Maxicare, you'll work closely with our claims team to analyze and interpret complex data sets. You'll use tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in our claims data. • Analyze and interpret complex claims data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with the claims team to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
• Conduct audits and reviews of claims data to identify discrepancies and errors.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare claims analytics or a similar role.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
