We are seeking a dedicated Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Staff to join our team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoicing, bookkeeping, payroll, and ensuring tax compliance, all while using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and SAP.

As a Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Staff at PT.INDOASIA PERSADA INTERNASIONAL, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your daily tasks will include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. You will also be responsible for preparing financial reports and assisting in tax compliance activities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
• Perform bookkeeping and financial reporting using QuickBooks and SAP
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Assist in tax compliance activities and prepare tax returns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Provide financial support to the accounting team
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
