PT Sejahtera Media Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.,Providing information about products and services.,Resolving customer complaints and issues.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Assisting with order processing and tracking.,Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.,Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.,Participating in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented personality.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
