As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our vessels, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our crew and equipment. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who is ready to take on this responsibility immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring all activities are conducted safely and efficiently.,Maintain a safe and secure environment for the crew and passengers.,Monitor and manage the vessel's fuel, supplies, and equipment.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.,Coordinate with the shore-based team to ensure smooth operations.,Handle crew management, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Conduct regular safety inspections and drills to ensure preparedness.,Report any incidents or issues to the shore-based team for resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other necessary maritime certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.,Experience with crew management and training.
