In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our store, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stocking, ordering, and restocking products.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering inquiries.,Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of products for sale.,Monitor store sales and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Participate in store promotions and special events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
