📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring smooth daily operations.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of kitchen procedures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
