📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Create user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Ensure compliance with documentation standards and best practices.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.,Participate in product development meetings to provide input on documentation needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Proficient in English (both written and spoken).,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Good knowledge of software documentation standards and best practices.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
