📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations and activities.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to laboratory standards.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses as required.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.,Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of lab technicians.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and instruments.
