Cloud Smart Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Barista to join our team in Samarinda. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of coffee and customer service in our café. This role offers a competitive salary and a vibrant work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and brew a variety of coffee drinks with precision and creativity.,Maintain and operate coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior baristas to uphold high standards of service.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the café workspace.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the café's overall success.,Promote our café's brand and products to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Proven ability to train and mentor staff.,Valid ID and coffee certification (preferred but not required).,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
