📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the finance department.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including tax calculations and deductions.,Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
