Apotek Anggi Butik is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds - the flexibility of working from home and the opportunity to be part of our dynamic team in Dili. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring financial stability, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and timely submission.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity, and implement strategies to optimize cash management.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met and aligned with the company's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a retail or pharmaceutical environment.,Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
