You'll leverage your knowledge of HR software like BambooHR and Greenhouse to streamline our recruitment processes, and your experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) will help us find the best candidates for our open positions. With a private driver provided, you'll have the flexibility to focus on your role without the daily commute.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the accounting and tax services sector.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
• Manage our HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ATS, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure we have the right talent in place.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and recruitment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with a focus on the accounting and tax services sector.
• Proven experience with HR software like BambooHR and Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with ATS and experience in managing the full recruitment cycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
