📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.,Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and understanding of customer needs.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
